Experience our luxurious castle weekend with three unique museums
Our car museum shows automotive development from the late 1800s to the present day and includes one of Europe's finest car collections. We now have about sixty veteran and classic cars in the hall, including a Mercedes 540K from 1936 once owned by Prince Gustaf Adolf, our king's late father, and a Cadillac V8 from 1939 once owned by King Gustav V.
On the top floor of the old carriage house, where our summer café is also situated, you will find Europe's largest jukebox collection. Below you can follow the technical development of barrel organs, phonographs and gramophones up until the era of the jukebox. The exhibition shows jukeboxes from the Antique Age, Silver Age and colourful Golden Age periods.
Our carriage museum shows some fifty gigs, carriages and sleighs from the late 1700s until the 1940s, plus beautiful harnesses, wagon models and saddlery.
