Oxelösund archipelago


Oxelösund archipelago has many islands with delightful sand and smooth rock beaches. In the summer there are daily boat tours from Oxelösund’s guest harbour with Fiskeskär tour boat to the islands Furön, Beten and Äspskär.

Fiskeskär tour boat runs daily tours during the summer to Furön, Beten and Äspskär islands in the Oxelösund archipelago, where there are plenty of places suitable for swimming. The tours start at Oxelösund’s guest harbour and run during the period 1 July15 August.



Furön actually contains of three islands (Korsholmen, Furön and Bjurshalsen) that have grown together. The Furö archipelago has fantastic walking trails on Sörmlandsleden through a beautiful nature with mighty oak woods.



Beten has a fantastic sandy beach with views of the horizon, wonderful walking trails and barbeque sites. There are also smooth rock beaches all around the island which are suitable for swimming. There is a toilet and windshield by the beach for those who want to spend the night.


Äspskär has excellent bathing rocks, barbeque site and wonderful nature with mighty oak woods. There is also a toilet, windshield, and table and benches by the barbeque.

Opening hours

Daily boat tours to Beten and Äspskär with tour boat Fiskeskär during the period 1 July–15 August.

The tours run at 10:00 and 15:30 from Badhusviken guest harbour.
